Should Hong Kong be able to participate?

Good afternoon everyone!
Today I'll be asking YOU what you think about a certain country taking part in WSC for the possible future -
Hong Kong.
Now, there is speculation - more or less Hong Kong is a country or special region of 
People's Republic of China. This could be similar to 
Macau. However they aren't ''prohibited'' to participate, but no-one ever brought up the subject of them (except for one or two people).
With
Taiwan allowed to participate I think it's a chance to allow Hong Kong. While I will talk with Dusan, I want your opinion.
The answers are:
Yes - Hong Kong to you should be in the contest.
Yes, but with only Hong Kong singers - No borrowing.
I don't mind - It's not really a problem
No - Hong Kong to you shouldn't be in the contest.
We will meet public's demand, but the hosts decide what happens too.
I want to also add that when Taiwan wanted to participate, we needed to ask China if it was alright. However we don't have someone from China so it's different this time. Unlike 
Kosovo, which angered our 
Serbian player, Taiwan wasn't a huge issue.

I want to also add that when

Even Wikipedia says they have an independent government which makes them seen as an independent country often.
