GOOD EVENING EUROPE AND WELCOME TO
SOFIA, BULGARIA
For the national selection "Nashata Pesen" which will select our act for
North Vision Song Contest #19. 5 acts will compete, but only one will be victorious!

VOTING
The voting system is in NVSC style but with only 5 acts, obviously we have to change that a bit.
So that means the voting will be;

Additionally, associate broadcasters can vote also.
Co-Head of delegations can vote too, BUT if the main head of delegation votes, the votes will be combined!
Voting deadline: TBA April-May 2016
