maybe kosovo should take part too as it basically was part of Yugoslavia too But the largest ethnic group in Kosovo are the Albanians, and the problem is that Albanians aren't Slavic and would be difficult to find valid Kosovo Serb artists to represent Kosovo. Also the contest is about Southern Slavic countries, not Yugoslavia

I don't get your point. The contest is called Jugovision, but Bulgaria is also taking part.. its kinda weird And as rules say, every country must send song in their language, so why should Kosovo send songs in Serbian if their language is Albanian?

"Jug" means "south" in the South Slavic languages, in Bulgarian is " южно (juzhno)", and it is not a reference to Yugoslavia. The contest is just about the Southern Slavic countries, not former Yugoslav republics. Kosovo shouldn't send songs in any language. Mostly because it can't take part Yeah, that rule is confusing because Kosovo is not fully recognised.
