Can I get permission to switch to  Indonesia? Theoretically, you can't change your country to Indonesia. However, in the rules is the point which would allow it. If you would like to come back after three editions, you must return to country assigned to you. You can change country only with the consent of the organizer (the person organizing the tournament) or wait until eight editions of the tournament organized.You can change the country, but only when you don't participate in three editions. You didn't participate in 1 edition, because you were disqualified. You have three options: - You still participates as
 Russia. - You wait two more editions when you lose the right to participate as Russia. Then you can ask for permission to change the country.
- You wait seven more editions and then you'll be able to choose a new country.
I know it can be a little hard to understand, but this is the rules of the tournament and we must applied to it.
