I have no idea where to put my feedback elsewhere, so let's do it here: - Clearing up the Monaco situation was of course a good idea. - I may be in the minority with this, but imo Andorra should still be allowed to borrow from France, although the ties are not culturally really strong there are strong political ones which justify that imo. - are ESC NS entries now also forbidden before the selection ended to avoid a potential ESC entry in the contest? Or how do you plan to handle that?

I think that the notion of "relatively unknown" has nothing to do with the length of the career. Lady Gaga became worldwide famous after her first single and they are artists who are still unknown after 20 years in music. I propose another criteria: no more than 500k views (for example, it can be less or more, it can be a different number depending of the country) for any song by the artist.

IPBC to revolutionize the contest with HAIM! Eilat, Israel — Following the nation's sixth place finish in the previous edition, IPBC confirmed that the nation would once again participate in NNMC. The broadcaster also selected Israeli-American band HAIM.
The song will be revealed this Thursday; stay tuned!

In response to the italicized part: I see the error. I'll fix it. Thanks. In response to the bolded part: It's too technical and complicated, so I respectfully reject the proposal. Personally, getting into the technicalities of an entry has become a headache for me. I'm not making money off of NNMC, so I shouldn't invest too much time on creating the best set of rules in existence.

I just remind you that on Youtube, you can type the name of an artist and use the option "rank by number of views" so you can see instantly what is his video with the higher number of views. I think it is the more objective and practical way to estimate how famous an artist is.
