Well her connection to that country according to rules allowes this also what language it is sang does not really matter as long as the connection is there which to me is the more important one As always if this is a problem to people i can always ask to change it Well don't get me wrong that I have nothing against you or to your contest but I find it ridiculous and unoriginal af to see Sudan or any country in the world except / represented by a greek song. It's your contest so I wouldn't like to care more. No worries I see the point definitely and it is understandable i will see what kind of reactions it gets and judge by that

Lel instead of showing the wrong side of the road, just see the truth and the originality and tell me the common between Greece & Sudan. Of course, some countries haven't songs in their national language but they have a common between that country's language most of the times. Still,if you find it original and logic that choice,I am okey with that, but don't give me silly examples in order to support a greek song for Sudan lol. PS: Idk about these singers roots, but Marina Satti would never represent Sudan and I doubt that she cares for that country. That's my point if you are able to understand it.

She's able to participate for Sudan, I don't get why Greece is so different to other major european powers. If someone sent an entry an Iranian-Swedish artist singing in Swedish everyone would accept it. How come a Dominican who lives in Australia is allowed to represent Russia due to roots and yet no one cares. I think the fact that Greece has a (half) Sudanese singer and she can participate for Sudan. Also for you to claim that is doesn't care for the country is a bit insulting to both Sudan and Marina Satti. It happens all the time that mixed-race people perform for their parent's nation, why isn't it different for Greece. I can see where you are coming from, but those are the rules. I have played by the rules and a great artist, singing a meaningful song in a beautiful language. I believe that's unfair to ban this song when numerous other entries in similar circumstances have been allowed

We are talking about a greek song, pure greek artist who doesn't care about her roots(she has never been there and she doesn't care to make a career there) and thus it is not original for me. This song has got a whole greek package and you want a random african country to represent it. Trust me if someone hasn't told that she has sudanese roots, you wouldn't have sent her for Sudan but lel anyway do whatever you want idc. Just some people don't try to be smart and support a silly idea with silly examples and justifications.
