Rules:
1) You can take every country that hasn't been taken by another player yet. You can take one or two countries. A list of available countries and borrowing rules can be found here.
2) New rules: world chart songs and songs from Eurovision preselections aren't allowed anymore. Furthermore, there will be a waiting list and strikes.
3) You don't have to send your songs for approval but you can if you're not sure if it's overused or if the artist is eligible to participate for your country.
4) These are the most important rules. The other rules can be found on the wikia page of MVSC.
