Rules and Regulations:
1. Entries from (Junior) Eurovision (Asia) Song Contest are cannot to complete this contest.
2. Covers and Instrumentals are cannot to complete this contest.
3. Entries from Northvision Song Contest are cannot to complete this contest.
4. Entries must have uploaded from 2010 until now.
5. You cannot give some points in your own country.
6. Players must vote, if not you will receive a warning, but if you are unable to vote you should ask any player for the replacement. Send your votes to SBINNALA
7. Players must vote in Eurovision Style (12,10,8-1 Points)
8. If you want to taking a break for this contest, the country is now reserved for 1 edition only, thus are any players to might to take some reserved or abandoning country please pm the any holder and the reception must be pm to SBINNALA for approval.
9. Timeslots should be 20-25 seconds.
Countries/Territories and Entries Eligible:
1. Americas has eligible of 35 fully recognized United Nations members.
2. Americas has eligible of 25 territories
3. Some of the territories are not eligible such as
Clipperton Islands, 
Navassa Islands, Saint Barthelemy and 
South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands etc. Otherwist some territories are eligible by future.
4. Some of the artist should be 50-100 percent of citizenship, thus which means the connections of the artists.
5. The eligible territories has a borrowing country but there is a limitation.
5.1 See below at Rule no.4 of Countries/Territories and Entries Eligible to see information about the borrowing artists.
5.2 Youtube views of Music Video must be 1,000,000 lower.
6. Borrowing country must pm SBINNALA for approval.

Puerto Rico is a territory but it's uneligible to borrowing, thus that territory is a large music videos industries, but others may borrow.
8. If your artist is from native terittory, You don't need to send for approval.
9. Artist must be age 16 years old upper to complete this contest.
10. Territory nationality should be exempt
