Okay sorry I must have mistakenly added DR when I said last edition about the draw. It was never intended to be in a draw, I don’t even know why I said so. So far it has been already changing users and no draws were held. italix I am sorry but I really forgot about your situation with Peru, I just have so many things to deal with, and if the old wikia wouldn’t been down I would have probably remember it, as everything regarding the heads of the delegations was up to date there. Anyway if you have withdrawn with Peru, that means that you currently technically have no country, thus you can’t join any draw. It doesn’t matter how long someone has participated in a contest, if they want to join a draw they need to have competed at least once with their current country, and if this situation might create some loopholes, my better explanation is that you must be a HoD of a country at the moment when you apply for draw. So I guess it’s better for you to keep your country if you want to participate in the upcoming draws, otherwise you should chose any of the free countries.

Well, I'll keep Peru until the end of the draws. That will just make things more complicated. Question: are swaps allowed between countries? If anyone is interested (and if I agree hosting the proposed country), that could simplify everything...

So if someone is interested by Peru, please let me know! I don't know what the situation that u wanna withdraw with but if u want I can help u find songs I was so disappointed by the poor results of songs I strongly believed in the three last editions that I just want to start over and to forget Peru ASAP. You could even find the best song I've ever listened to, I wouldn't take the risk to send it.
