Isn’t Priscilla actually from China?
“As Priscilla Abby recollected her experience watching the raising of the flag of the People's Republic of China (PRC), the host asked: “Besides being moved by your emotions, you also had a sense of belonging?” Priscilla Abby replied: “I'm home!” The host went on to say: “In fact, this phrase is very fitting for your situation, because you really have returned home.”
Taken from the first article I found when I typed her name and China in google

Why can't you hold me in the street? Why can't I kiss you on the dance floor?

She later moved to Taiwan and had struggle learing the traditional chinese. Now she works mostly in Taiwan and Malaysia but she tours quite often in China She's DQed ofc if this ain't enough connection tho Sources:

Philippines has voted! And I was about to ask the same thing about Priscilla. I think her connection to Taiwan is not enough. For the longest time, she's only eligible for Malaysia and China.
