Unofficial Languages Contest 2
or ULC2 for short
In this contest you may confirm with any country but you may not send a entry in the countries official language or english.
(Example: For The Netherlands you may not send Dutch or English but Limburgish and Frisian would be allowed)
I decided to soften the rules meaning you can now send Spanish or Italian for example The UK But still not English
For the Second edition we will have 31 participants (winner AQ) and 2 semi finals with 15 countries each and 8 qualifiers (if we get there, if not the same rules as last edition will be used)
