Unofficial Languages Contest 3

In this contest you may confirm with any country but you may not send a entry in the countries official language or english.
(Example: For The Netherlands you may not send Dutch or English but Limburgish and Frisian would be allowed)
I have once again softened the rules after japan was allowed to participate with ¨Fireball¨ last edition
U may now send a song with a maximum of 5 different english words. NO MORE
For the Third edition we will have 31 participants (winner AQ) and 2 semi finals with 15 countries each and 8 qualifiers (if we get there, if not the same rules as last edition will be used)
