Should I allow countries as US Virgin Islands, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey and Jersey to enter the contest?

I say no. Also for the case of sending songs for Greenland, Faroe Islands and ร
land, I wish you only can send entries for them, if they have any relations to those territories. Not just that the country is neighbour/owning them for their kingdom like Denmark or Sweden. For the small countries like Monaco, San Marino, Liechtenstein etc, the only requirement I would suggest is that the artist must be %100 native to the neighbour country for the small country. So for example, No Beyoncรฉ for Monaco, but 'true' French artists are allowed. What do you think?

I don't want to be rude, but Liechtenstein has more inhabitants as Aland. So in MY opinion your suggestion isn't the best ... good idea, but then you must consider things like that

land could've shared artists from Finland aswell. By the base of what kind of rules we have for now. Hmm, I might consider countries/territories like ร
land and Luxembourg to be in a dependence. I may think of something like that the artist may be some kind of a underdog into the cultural music studio. In whatever country the countries/territories have. So in the formal thoughts of not sending popular artists from neighbour countries to the neighbour smaller countries. Let's say Kate Ryan for Luxembourg. Instead take an artist that is 'recognized' as an underdog (or at least the rookie-kind of artist) for Luxembourg. But it will probably be a hard process to follow every single user to make that work as a requirment for the submission rule, if so that ever comes to reality.

Here we'll have a list of the countries/territories with this issue, and that I will do exploit for balancing a contest in a practically good formular: ◘ Countries/Territories/Regions w/ sovereignty that are worth having their own music industry and has NO NEED for some submission from it's owning country ◘ Small countries/territories that are in need for being a competing country, if the artist is 100% native to the neighbour country. No popular artists, only rookie artists are required. ◘ Faroe Islands, Greenland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Kosovo, Taiwan, Brunei ...If the artists have somehow roots for the countries/territories etc., let's say Aura Dione for Faroe Islands, it will be OK, but still I may think there should be a limit for this instance! ◘ Monaco, Liechtenstein, ร
land, Luxembourg, San Marino, Vatican, Bahrain, Qatar, Tuvalu, Andorra ...For not being quite so strict for Andorra, I would allow popular Catalan artists for this small country. Just because so it will be more intriguing a country to enter with.
