In this site festivaistv.home.sapo.pt/ is writen: "A RTP tem nos seus planos fazer o Festival da Canção em 2012, assim como participar no Eurofestival que vai ter lugar em Baku Azerbaijão. A estação pública de televisão ainda não tem delineado como irá ser a nossa final nacional para o esc. Porém, tudo indica que a seleção da nossa canção irá ser feita através do programa de referência de sempre da televisão portuguesa que se chama Festival da Canção." wich means something like this: "RTP plans to do Festival da Canção in 2012 and participate in ESC in Azerbaijan. The public tv chanel didn't decide how it's going to be our natinal final yet. But probably it will be by the tradional way (FC)" So happy ;D ;D ;D |

According to Wikipedia, Albania has confirmed participation in 2012, and the Song will be determined in December. Well, I did say according to Wikipedia...

Thank you very much. The source on Wikipedia is good enough and I have added Albania. December is also the usual month for Festivali i Kenges. This years edition will be extra special since it is the 50th. Festivali i Kenges has now been held every year since 1962.
