What about Iraq, Syria, Egypt and Sudan? Christians not Jewish people don't live peacefully there. They are treated terribly. Morocco is a unique nation and a moderate Muslim nation. Great Britain controlled Palestine not the Palestinians and Israelis were there before Islam was even founded so I believe it's their land and they have a right to live there and protect it against terrorists. And thanks about the Sunni and Shia difference but it seemed a little biased towards the Sunnis

First af all, I'm fine, thanks for the concern :)Just have to be in a shelter some of the time and worry most of the time...  I really didn't plane to get into it, but now I have to say- don't believe everything you listen in the press. The story is that 3 of our boys have been kidnapped a month ago, our army try to find them (by puting some of the Hammas in arrest), but without success- they were killed. In return, Hammas started to fire rackets at us, and Israel started to bomb from the air at the Hammas shelters (while they try to not harm any civilians, but Hammas knows this and in purpose hides with civilians- there are pictures of Hammas leaders pull children with them hoping that the children will protect them). Israel said that when Hammas stops fire, we will too, but Hammas never did. They broke each firecast. only when it was discovered that there are tunnels from Gaza to cities here- and that terrorists tried and will try to get in to kill civilians, our army has to get into Gaza. The reason that in Israel thereare less killed people it's because here people lives mean something to us, and there are a lot of money that put in the protection (from the rockets), but there, in Gaza- the Hammas don't care about their people. They hope that many of their civilians will be killed so they can publish pictures in the world press (by the way, many from the pictures are actually from Syria, it has been proven). This is the reason, for example, why when Israel said to palestinian civilians to leave the house because they will attack there (because there were many Hammas activists hiding in purpose), Hammas didn't let them leave. This is the reason why people there live in poorness, because all of the money they get (and they get a lot), go for the tunels and the bombs. Believe me that we all in Israel very sad about the civilians there and the children, really. But we have to protect ourselves and we don't have other choice and we are really sorry that the Hammas didn't care not about our civilians and not about their's.(Try to imagine what your country would it's had get bombed). One has to be disgusting to put weapons near children. Hamas uses people as human shields and Israel needs to wipe them out. USA gave money to help reconstruct but I doubt it'll get to them. Hamas doesn't care about the Palestinians they only care about violence. Oh, and Ilias, Suicide bombing isn't terrorism? |

It's sad that people in Gaza don't have a chance and have no choice, because of their leaders that don't care about them. We hate to see in Israel their civilians pain, but there is really no other choice sometimes, because we have to protect our people. I Know from people on our army that sometimes they have to risk their own lives more, in order to try to not harm civilians (where the terrorists hide). This is in opposite to what Hammas wants- to harm as many of our civilians that possible, even kids. |

This conflict will not be solved by pointless discussions on a Song Contest Forum. Nobody will change sides by these posts, I doubt if someone ever changes sides in this conflict.
