Artist Announcement, Live from Ashgabat!
Welcome everyone to Ashgabat, Turkmenistan! Turkmen Owazy has finally selected their hopeful for the 11th edition in an  unknown country. This artist has had much interest in participating in IMF since he heard that Turkmenistan was planning to participate. Luckily, he got the lucky ticket from Turkmen Owazy.

(Not Full) Viewing statistics for the IMF #10 Released! This evening, at 23:00 PM (TMT), Turkmen Owazy released the official viewing figures for the GRAND FINAL (not results), semi final 2 (and results) in  Turkmenistan. As the grand final results are not known yet, they will be revealed at a later stage. Below in the table, you can see the various cities in Turkmenistan where it was watched mostly.

It was most watched in the capital city, Ashgabat. Anau was the city where it was least watched, mainly for it's population. Balkanabat had a fall of over 39,000 when it came to the results and even when Turkmenistan qualified. However, this shot back up to 50,000-60,000+. Dasoguz had high viewings for the grand final. Turkmen Owazy will release the final results viewing statistics once they are revealed. It is predicted that the number should stay around the same in Ashgabat and Balkanabat, and Anau and Dasoguz will increase. |

Myahri back, Durdy almost readyA very strong edition of International Music Festival has ended on Friday. Now, the contest is making it's way to the very small but beautiful city of  Vaduz, Liechtenstein after Oonagh won with ''Orome''. Now, Turkmen people have watched the results live. 17th, is an amazing debut and leaves the door open for even more better results. ''Turkmen Owazy is pretty confident. This placing shows that Turkmen music has a potential to do very well. But, it's not only that. More unknown Turkmen artists and songs are ready to show IMF what they have to offer'' as said from a worker at TO. After a long flight home on Saturday, Myahri has returned home to Ashgabat. But now, it is time for Durdy to prepare for IMFiC and of course, IMF #11! If you didn't know, Durdy Durdyyew will sing the song ''Naz Ede'', marking Turkmenistan's second participation. However, the show has not started. There are rumours that he will go on a tour in  Kazakhstan,  Azerbaijan,  Russia,  Armenia,  Netherlands,  Germany and  Turkey, but nothing is confirmed and it is more than likely false.

Durdy's tour has been confirmed, but with a slight difference. He will firstly visit the NEAREST countries to him to promote his single. He will leave the long haul ones until the end. Keep in mind that he is only promoting his single, not an album tour or something like that. Here's the official countries: ( ----- Indicates that the leg was completed.) TODAY: (13/4/2014)

 Germany (Hamburg) Netherlands (Amsterdam)  Ireland (Dublin) United Kingdom (London)THURSDAY: (17/4/2014)Rest day (Mainly sleep and other things, early morning, until about 4:00 PM CET, where he will start to make his way to the arena where IMFiC is being held) Germany again for IMFiC. FRIDAY: (18/4/2014) Azerbaijan (Baku)  Turkey (Ankara) SATURDAY (19/4/2014)
 Armenia (Yerevan)  Kosovo (Pristina) Overnight, he will travel from Pristina to Vaduz, where he will sleep during the duration of the trip. SUNDAY (20/4/2014)
First rehearsals in Vaduz, Liechtenstein. MONDAY (21/4/2014)
IMF #11 officially starts. Durdy will be drawn into a semi final on Friday, 18th April 2014. He will perform for a place in the grand final. |

There are now rumours that while in Armenia, Durdy will meet ARAM MP3. In Ireland, Kasey Smith will also meet him. There are plans that the fan base in  Tajikistan will be visited. |

Turkmen Owazy will now be written in Cyrillic and Latin Script. When posting updates in news threads, it will be like this: Türkmen Owazy (Түркмeн Oвaзы) announces etc etc.. Durdy is now meeting with Fiestar from  South Korea. |

Durdy Durdyyew has met with the South Korean girl band, Fiestar, in Ashgabat! They received a warm welcome upon arrival. Durdy and the girls have become good friends during the conversation and have started talking about IMFiC and IMF #11! But, Durdy and Fiestar have even a good surprise for you:
Durdy will perform ''Naz Ede'' and Fiestar will perform ''I Don't Know''! But also, they will sing as a duet, ''Orome'' which is the winner of IMF #10.

Poland. On 22nd March 2014, Turkmenistan confirmed their participation in the 11th edition, held in an 
unknown country. Turkmen Owazy denied any plans about a national selection, after finding out that costs will not be sufficient enough. So the act will be selected internally. But now there is rumours about the Turkmen act! Myahri confirmed that she has plans to participate again, but won't in #11. So what is left? Myrat Oz and Shamyrat Orazow are rumoured to be in negotiations with Turkmen Owazy, but nothing is confirmed.
