SCHEDULE FOR TOMORROW!
Tomorrow is the final results of the 11th edition of International Music Festival. It is a big event in all countries participating in the grand final, and the ones who sadly didn't make it.
The results are scheduled for 15:00 PM CET tomorrow, which is 19:00 PM in Turkmenistan. You can watch it LIVE on Turkmen Owazy from then. During the day, International Music Festival songs will be played on the channel. Unlike last time, Ashgabat won't be full of people because of Turkmenistan's non-qualification. However, there'll be people celebrating in the Keyhole Lodge (of course, place made up by me) and the Blender in Ashgabat.

 Turkmenistan will officially sending off their votes to the IBU later this evening.  Turkmen televotes have been collected and so can be presented.  Turkmenistan will not be using a National Selection. However, a request has been sent to the head of the IBU about a duel with two songs. But if rejected, an internal selection will more than likely be used, as always. 
Turkmenistan will be in International Music Festival until at least the 17th-18th edition, when HoD of Turkmenistan will switch to another country! Turkmen public are very happy that their country will be there until the 17th or the 18th edition of IMF. For Turkmenistan, Dýri Grifnyew. |

It's all about the points in the semi finalEven though  Turkmenistan confirmed it's participation, On 19th May 2014, HoD of Turkmenistan, Dýri Grifnyew, has just announced that should Meylis and Selbi fail to qualify, and get a very low amount of points, Turkmenistan will have to re-think about their participation seriously. IF Turkmenistan should qualify to the grand final, there shall be no re-thinking.(role-play guise, go along with it  ) Last edition, Turkmenistan came 17th in the semi final with 29 points which meant that Durdy could not proceed to the grand final. This edition, hopes are high.
But, of course, Turkmenistan is still confirmed for #13, and will VERY likely take part (near certain !) |

Türkmen Söweş will officially be the national selection (if ever wanted to be used in future) for Turkmenistan! The format can be seen in the NS board. |

Turkmenistan withdraws from International Music Festival!After a meeting with the head of the IBU, a conclusion was made that Turkmenistan would have to withdraw, due to it not being close enough to Europe. Fans in Turkmenistan are devastated, but do say it was coming. From now on, Turkmenistan can watch it on  Kazakh television.
The HoD of Turkmenistan, however, has switched to  Luxembourg from #13 on.
Sadly for this, Türkmen Söweş is cancelled, and the eventual winner could have been Myahri.
The HoD states that he will do his best to bring Luxembourg to the final, and possibly searching for Luxembourgish acts instead of borrowing. |
