Your first PM ever sent/received in the forums?

Hi Nikolai, I'm Leo from the Philippines. I currently manage my own song contest on YouTube dubbed the Asian Voice Song Contest (AVSC) . It is, in a nutshell, the unofficial counterpart of Europe's Eurovision Song Contest and I am finding it hard to have voters/subscribers to vote for my contest. I have consulted one of my Cypriot friend, Dimitris and he recommended me this site. Could you tell me how and if it is okay to promote my song contest in your forums? Thanks!

Hi Leo.
To promote contests, you can eventually put up a thread in the 'Other Contests'-board, where many miscellaneous contets with minor popularity can gather its popularity over there.

Other things to do is to make an alliance with other contests (such as Dimitris' Tubevision Contest etc.)
There you'll be followed with newcoming voters to help your contest to be bigger and better
For the word 'better' is also about to see if other users are to do some constructive criticism over your contest
