^ I liked it too but since a very short time after the esc I don't like it anymore. I prefer La la love. Not my cup of tea.  Back in  2012 I placed it 19th in my personal top though. Maybe the only  Cypriot entry I would like more then 2010 would be 1997. That was also a very strong year in my opinion. |

If  Turkey will participate, Aynur Aydin will represent us 99%! A German news site told back in 2013 that the 12 Points from Germany should go to Aynur though Turkey didn't participate then! Aynur Aydin has shown interest to participate, she said that on a Turkish magazine back in 2013, I can remember it. She also worked together with Loreen. I contacted her on Twitter and she said that hopefully she can participate. A poll was opened on a Turkish website which Turkish participant should represent us at Eurovision and the winner was Aynur Aydin with 61% of 10.000 votes! On the second place there was Hadise. Aynur Aydin also retweeted this posts on Twitter and made a statement. A reporter asked her: We know that you want to represent Turkey at the Eurovision Song Contest. What do you think about the non-participation of Turkey? If you would participate would you sing in Turkish or in English? Her answer: "It's really sad that Turkey don't participate in an important platform like this. I hope we will return quickly. If I would have the right to represent Turkey, I would sing in English, because I think that it's important if more people can understand your song."
