Which change do you mean? Juries and the european crisis  That's why  Greece,  Spain etc will win in 10+ years  The juries were introduced in 2009 but I get what you want to tell me.  |

Well the thing is: the richer the country, the bigger it's music industry. I don't think ESC is really manipulated like that...  Plus, if a country wins that isn't financially able to host, it can always decline |

I think he tried to mean that the favourites are always winning (Tops, bookmarkers) so that we already lose our excitement before the show. Agree But  wasn't a favourite Austria won because it has money to do ESC. No lol ... They were planning to withdraw cause they have no money. After the final shows there have been articles in german: "Wer soll das bezahlen" (Who is able to afford this?") .. |

That's why Luxembourg isn't participating (richest country in Europe with Liechtenstein) |
