Unfortunately  There are many sites who are reporting this and there are some Turkish news stations too who are reporting a possible comeback but we have to wait for an announcement of TRT. Ibrahim Sahin doesn't want to participate because the winner is nearly always clear before the show. |

I don't. Seriously. The same thing happened like 1-2 months ago. SAME PAGE FROM WIWI BLOGGS. I could just edit the ESC page on wikipedia and type that  Syria is debuting, and everyone would believe it... |

According to this video, TRT will confirm Turkeys participation on 18th September. The artist will be Kenan Williams according to the video.
