People can't come and pretend that their opinion is over the one of the audience who voted for  Conchita. They should rather be ashamed of themselves when they don't even know that Conchita is just a character... I've also heard people saying "this is disturbing for children" - imo Conchita stands for freedom, equality and tolerance. A "funny"/rare appeareance but with a strong meaning, I can't see it disturbing tbh. My little cousin is 6 and didn't react in any weird way when I told him who won the ESC , he even liked the song and how she was behaving when I showed him some videos about her.. |

My little cousin is 6 and didn't react in any weird way when I told him who won the ESC , he even liked the song and how she was behaving when I showed him some videos about her.. My little sister is 9 and she loved Conchita. I'm glad that my parents didn't make any homophobic comments about the winner!  How did yours react?  |

Maybe it's just my way of thinking, but sexualities and preferences are being created when you are BORN.
They can't be changed, maybe slightly influenced but not changed. Also a bearded lady doesn't make a kid gay or a small girl wanting to have a beard.
I've watched ESC 2006 and also didn't think: "Oh, now I want to become such a monster!"..

Mine were behaving normally but expected someone else to win so they were disappointed because of that. The day after they were discussing about the beard, and they said it was a clever thing.. I loved to hear someone talking of ESC without me being involved  |

Nothing heared about ESC in my school  Though I watched it with my friends from school.. (from my mobile phone). Anyway Conchita can't do anything! She can't change her sexuality. If she is transsexual then she can't do anything because she was born so. The people who are complaining should think about that. |
