Azerbaijan withdraws from ESC! An azeri friend posted this on his wall yesterday and i just saw it. Because the song ended 22nd and they wanted top 10

I hope Russia and Azerbaijan won't withdraw from ESC. I liked their entries during the last years. (Azerbaijan everything since 2009; Russia since 2006 expect of 2007 and 2009 which I don't know).
