Jordan has never shows interest in Eurovision!  Syria also has never shows interest in Eurovision! also there is still a war! Egypt also has never shows interest in Eurovision! Libya has never shows interest in Eurovision! Tunisia has shows interest in 1977 since that year they never said something about Eurovision! Algeria has never shows interest in Eurovision!  Qatar has shows interest but were declined by EBU so they wont appear at Eurovision! |

If it was in 2013 or 2014 i think they would let them participate cause there were a lot of withdrawing countries! It would be interesting to see what they have to offer. Yupp totally agree but till now EBU Didnt give a reason why they declined participation of Qatar Other discussed countries there were reasons but not for Qatar |

I think it could have happened because the EBU isn't agree with Qatar's policy? |
