So it is Europe + the currently participating worldwide countries and no others can join at the moment? Not completely. No countries outside of Europe can join for now (no debuting or returning countries from there, but the current ones can stay ofc) but free from europe can join. |

That's discrimination against Africa, America, Australia and Asia :/ It isn't in my opinion because originally it was called "European Music Festival" and the USA wasn't able to join if I remember right. |
