The United Kingdom can confirm that we will continue participation in NVSC 9. The artist will be chosen by a National Selection, the THIRD edition of Battle for Britain, which is rumoured to either be held in Cardiff or Belfast. The UK NVSC Team are discussing whether or not to have this edition be one of three options:
- Option 1: Continue like the last edition with unknown artists.
- Option 2: The original format of using discovered and known artists from the UK.
- Option 3: A new idea of having the National Selection be split into the first two options acting as a Semi-Final to then be mixed together as a Grand Final.
Andorra to participate or not to participate?
ESC 2014 ended, there were 
Estonian rumours saying that the country may withdraw.
#7 and the 1st non-qualification since 
2010's "Siren". 2 reasons are reckoned as the withdrawl of Estonia : lack of mony and bad results.
FTV stated that ERR will be part of the juries in their brand new NS. Could this be the Estonian announcement ?
#6 and nominated in lots of finals from Estonian NS.
Nessma will skip the National Selection and instead pick the artist internally.
A decision will be made after the second semi final!!
