I think I found my  for the  Russian NS   Although it's unrealistic because they tried for Kazakhstan with this song before (which was unrealistic too  ) Are the rules changed? Can a song participate again in the next selection? |

One question: Can a song that failed in a NS participate in any other NVSC editions? Yes, just not in the edition after that NS (e.g. NS for NVSC #8 - the song can't compete in NVSC #8 and #9), or not if it was in the OGAN SCC |
