The first and only returning artist this edition. Babylone is an Algerian music-band formed in 2012. They try to introduce their music in different sounds from different musical styles such as Country, Blues and various other styles ... Their first song Zina, which participated in AR #1, earned a lot of success and got over 20.000.000 views. They try again to represent their country with a pretty slow Blues ballad.

Song n°4: Khaled Habib - Mahroum Khaled Habib is an Algerian singer, very famous in his country. He tries to create music original and modern at the same time. It's very usual to hear ethnic elements like drums in his songs. He also worked with many ethnic bands in the world, such as Aquarius from France, New Phases from South Africa... Today he's coming with a very beautiful ballad, including a short time with an accordion.

Song n°5: Arash & Najim ft. Rebecca - Près de toi (Suddenly) Arash is an Iranian-Swedish singer. He represented Azerbaijan in Eurovision 2009, and built a long career in Europe to finally become gold record in 5 countries. Suddenly, one of his most succesful songs, is sung with the Swedish singer Rebecca. Here is another version of it, translated in French and feating the French-Algerian raï singer Najim.
NB: Maybe this will be considered as a cover. But I don't think it is, because a cover has by definition a different singer than the original version. I'd take it as a "different" version, but it'll be up to the council to decide.

Song n°8: El Dey - Maria Here's another very recent band from Algeria. They created the group in 2009 and published their first album last year. They favour ethnic elements in their songs, and have many musical influences as well. Maria Maria is a song from their album, and a very catchy one too.
