 Lebanon hasn't made a NS in #8, so OGAN Lebanon is not able to join the OGAE Second Chance Contest #8. |

That's why the rules say: โข The country your OGAN club is from must have had a public national selection to choose their entry for NVSC #8. Because everyone who made an internal selection might had a list with songs to select from. |
