Northvision Song Contest #8 - Spokespersons

The NBU kindly asks to submit the following:
- SPOKESPERSON -
The spokesperson has to be from your country! Artists that have "decent"/"origins" from that country, are not allowed to be chosen (except they have participated in your selection)!
@lolzwut chooses the spokesperson for
Croatia.Matt chooses the spokesperson for
Georgia.Asi chooses the spokesperson for
Montenegro.ESCIliasMANL (Inactive) chooses the spokesperson for
Morocco.You can submit a picture, but I can't guarantee to choose this.
- LOCATION -
Please choose a location within your country, which shall be in the background of your spokesperson.
Requirement: It must be evening/night. And please make it realistic and don't choose a picture midway through the highway or similar.

Please also choose a text, the spokesperson is supposed to say.
I recommend you to send it via PM though and please do avoid any insults or satire on other countries, no political statements are allowed either.
For breaks (in speaking), please include "*break*" (breaks between the points announcements are made anyway)
Please also try to include English only, foreign language can be included but will then be pronounced in an English way.
Simple example:
Good evening, Sarajevo! *break*
This is Stockholm calling. Thank you for that amazing show! We've been really enjoying it!
