NORTH VISION SONG CONTEST 09
SEMI-FINAL ALLOCATION DRAW
On 15th June, the semifinals allocation draw for North Vision Song Contest 09 took place at the 
Radisson Blu Hotel Plaza in Oslo, where all the HoDs met to generally discuss about the upcoming edition of NVSC.

The running order draw is scheduled to take place on 7th July.

4 random countries per half have got a wildcard in order to choose their starting position in the semi-final/final.
The wildcard for the first half of the first semi-final was received by
