Just a general question to the admins: Do you consider some (rule) changes or will the contest continue this way?  No, the contest Rules will mostly remain  I may add some little changes like making obligatory for each user to choose a time-slot for the video or sth Matt may decide of other things as well. |

I'm not citicizing your opinion.  I don't have your opinion in common, that's it. I'm just wondering if you've ever learnt the definition of politeness because you simply aren't with bringing your opinion in a way like this. You wouldn't make me happy with taking over another contest since I see your mentality isn't your best property.  Being honest is good but bringing your opinion in a way like everything what you would say is right and everything what someone else would say would be idiotic is simply not right. Maybe there would be people who would take you more seriously if you ever knew how to be polite in at least bringing your own opinion. Your last sentence made me laugh x'D Why are you even registered on this website if opinions of other people means nothing for you? The reason to create a forum is to bring people with different opinions together.   First of all, I guess that we have democracy here and hence, I wanted to state my opinion and I did so. Apparently the truth hurts but I have to be realistic. I see things in a different way than you do, apparently. Concerning my politeness,I guess this word has a totally different definition for both of us. My intention was not to influence other people by stating my own opinion, however it seems like that's how you took it. Then,about my education and about my mentality...I am pretty sure that I'm many levels above you. It does,sound arrogant. Come on,bash me because of this phrase. Just read your last sentence... Is that the main reason to create a forum? It might be so for you but obviously not for me. I made an account because the players of my contest wanted to have a thread here. As you've said, the opinions of the others mean nothing to me. Why would I even try to change just because someone from the Internet told me to do so? I am not here in order to make people think the same way as I do. So since I'm not trying to do so, why should I be affected by the others? And I don't see your point here anyway. It's like you're telling me that I should always think of what the others will think and say before creating an account and writing down my own thoughts. I guess freedom of speech exists, in any way, polite or impolite, whether you like it or not. Ok, Let me settle this. mimisthesc has withdrawn. yes it wasn't in the politest way to me and Phil but He has withdrawn. His place has been given to someone else. Tom I understand where you are coming from but there was no need to bring a persons education etc,etc into it. So no more arguing please and Lets just wait for #36 to start. Then the contest can continue. |

BTW, love the flags Phil   Beautiful design. And a rule like time slot is actually good. Although I have been doing that for most editions I have been with FSC, it makes it clearer for the admins to see what time slot the player wants, instead of choosing random slot |

I guess freedom of speech exists, in any way, polite or impolite, whether you like it or not. It exists, but it's not taken very well in the modern society you know. If you just don't care about others, and only act the way you want things to be, I guess you are not going to go too far in life  Alright, this will be the last message from me, as the manager of the contest has already given an end to all of this. Thanks a lot for your own suggestion (to care about the others and stuff) but as it is up to me to decide whether to apply it or not, I've made my own decision and I think you know it No further discussion. |
