Yes of course.
To those who choose no, you're only doing it because of the new rule.. can't you just live with it? Even if it may ''copy'' some contests it doesn't mean it's exact copy. It's Asi's, he can decide what to do with it.

I think, all countries should be allowed, but if this is to much work, you should make a limit of participants  |
