 Even though they didn't qualify for the Grand final of NVSC 9,  Algeria has decided to keep participating in the contest.
Phil B. , the Head of Delegation of the country, gave details in the following interview:
"We mustn't stop now ; a non-qualification isn't a drama, and according to the Betting Odds, there are chances for us to participate to the Pre-Qualification Round next edition.
So we think that Algerian Rythms was a bad idea, so we decided to cancel it.
We'll still keep on choosing our entries through a National Selection, but with a very new format.
Details will be revealed in the following days."

They should decrease the artist/songs in a way you do not waste them!
Or directly send a singer with the internal selection, especially for small countries with few singers available. this is my opinion |
