Astana, Kazakhstan - On the evening of July 20th, 2014 it was announced that Kazakhstan's plans for NVSC #10 were still left undecided. Even though the view count of the 1st semi-final for NVSC #9 is one of the highest for a Semi-Final ever, NTK has yet to decide.
"We are very happy to see Kazakhstan qualify and to see a very very high view count for the Semi," stated the HoD, "However, we would still very much like to wait until the final result before making any big decisions. As to if we will still confirm, I would say probably. But I am not the only one making choices around here. We'll just have to wait."
However, former NVSC-participant, Janar Dugalova, has taken to Twitter to talk something about a "big project" related to Kazakh television.
Translation: "I am so excited to reveal a big project, related to Kazakh television, but I cannot do it yet. :-("
Many have thought this is hinting towards a national selection for Kazakhstan in NVSC #10, but we will have to wait and see.

TVR confirms participation in North Vision Song Contest #10! 
BNT lead producer has stated that Bulgaria will wait until the end of the final to make a decision. This is due to the fact of possible PQR Round for Bulgaria. Also recent budget cuts may lead to a withdrawal.
