Moscow, R1 can announce that the national selection will not be cancelled ofcourse. But there are some changes: - Dinama will participate in Semi Final 4, instead of Semi Final 3
- Dj Smash Will participate in Semi Final 3, instead of Semi Final 5
- Lena Katina will participate in Semi Final 4, instead of Semi Final 5
- Alsou won't be participating this edition.
- Blertyashie won't be participating this edition.
- Eva Anri won't be participating this edition.
The 3 artists didn't want to participate in this edition. During touring. That is the truth, not the rumors that say that the selection got cancelled. During this news the foreign act is not allowed to take part also in this edition, But Manzura can now relax on a deserved holiday that she wanted before attending the selection. Also there will be 4 places in the SCR instead of 5 and in the final 10 instead of 12.
