I am never in the PQR despite my non-qualifications, so I am for the PQR.

I think 3 semi finals are a way better solution then the Pre-Qualify Round. What happened in the Eurovision Song Contest when there were too many participating countries in only one semi final? There came 2 semi finals. I think the EBU would go from 2 to 3 semi finals if there were at least 50 participating nations in the Eurovision Song Contest but all right.

ESC found another solution : a country quota! No more than 46 countries! But here it wouldn't work, so PQR is a good idea! And I want to host it so viva PQR

But Eurovision always had 10 qualifiers. I don't think they would have a third semi-final with another 10 qualifiers. That would make it over 30 countries in the final and that's not the best solution.

Could we have a "Big 10" instead of a "Big 5"?

7 countries will pass from each semi final + Big 5 = 26 countries in the final. (If in each semi final are 15 countries)

Could we have a "Big 10" instead of a "Big 5"? I want a Big 5 with the most successful countries in NVSC. Sweden, Norway, France, United Kingdom and.. Ukraine?
