It is because Nick is still the actual HOD officially until #11 when he will receive a strike for not confirming. It is allowed to withdraw for three editions without stating anything (without losing your country) because you might break your computer or whatever. Nick only didn't vote twice (Semi Final and Final of #7). In #11 he would get his third strike and Macedonia would be forced to withdraw again. The new HOD can have the country from #12 on according to the official reglement  I thought you received a strike for failing to say anything about confirmation. In NVSC 2 I gave a strike to Jasmin for that with Serbia and also NVSC 3 Monaco. For example, one would be fine if they just say "Country will not be in NVSC due to lack of interest". Also, I believe that if the user is active, they can stay withdrawn for how many editions they wish. With Eurovision, it'll be like Luxembourg. I agree here with a srike for no info. ( I would tho) all it takes is to write a post saying:  Country X withdraws due to lack of interest Eg I withdraw from NVSC |

I can vote for national selection as HoD of Albania or in next edition? I think it depends on the selection. For example, I only allowed participants of the respective edition vote as juries but non-participants (associate members, countries that withdrew that edition or users that are about to debut) could vote as televoting. |

 National Final Results might be delayaed Nessma has yet to give out any reasons of why this might happen
In reality: A big woods fire has occured in my area, and the smokes has just arived to where I live. Around the places where the fire has been, houses has been evacuated, and so far, noone has been damaged. Unlucky, a man just died by the fire yesterday (R.I.P.) I dunno if any evacuations is gonna happen near my place. I just hope the fire wont spread too close to where I live.

As the fire is far away, and looks more like it's spreading upways, I will be safe from it. What I am more afraid of is if the firefighters will actually put it out... This has been going on for days, and they've been doing everything to try to put it out. I am extremely worried  |
