I read the last 10 pages of this thread. I don't get this dispute because of the change of a rule. Could anybody explain me this new rule because I can't find it? It's just for wondering as I'm not affected. Basically if you're doing Internal Selection (Not National Selection) you must send it to the NBU Council for approval  And it shouldn't be too popular? |

I agree with this rule(that the people have to withdraw just fro swapping nations)as in NVSC#8 I was in PQR and it wasn't my fault So,I agree PS I swapped my nation(Cyprus) with Shane who had Greece |
