I am sorry for posting here but I have a question about the contest.
Since Spain and Iceland are withdrawing, can't they be given to a player in the waiting list?

On what basis were chosen countries for the PQR (poll, draw, random)??
Countries that have not taken part in NVSC 10, will be in the PQR #11 ?( ,  ,  )?

Are competing in the PQR the countries which ended in the Bottom 5 of the two semi-finals of the previous editions  (NVSC 9 here ; I invite you to check the NVSC 9 voting grids). Countries who didn't take part in #10 are safe from the PQR in #11 |
