My Prediction:  Turkey ( Places 1-4 )  Tunisia ( Places 9-10.It could be the country which was in PQR )  Estonia ( Places 7-10 )  Switzerland ( Places 1-3 )  Poland ( Places 6-8 )  Ireland ( Places 6-9 )  Czech Republic ( Places 5-7 )  Iceland ( Places 4-7 )  Netherlands ( Places 3-6 ) The last country could be Moldova,  France or  Slovenia |
