=1.  Finland (4) =1.  San Marino (4) 2.  Slovenia (3) =3.  Switzerland (2) =3.  Portugal (2) =3.  The Netherlands (2) =3.  Latvia (2) =4.  Croatia (1) =4.  Georgia (1) =4.  Israel (1) =5.  Bulgaria (0) =5.  Slovakia (0) =5.  Montenegro (0) =5.  Belgium (0) =5.  Austria (0) So according to us: Finland and San Marino deserved to qualify the most and Bulgaria, Slovakia, Montenegro, Belgium and Austria deserved to fail. |

should have bin in the final not Norway Albania Turkey Moldova Ukraine and Malta were just terrible

Finland and Slovenia deserved the final for me.   Agree. They were both in my top 20. Slovenia was my 9th and Finland 14th |
