 NDR applies
Today the NDR showed it's interest in hosting the Pre-Qualification Round for the North Vision Song Contest 10.
The host will the the professional Monika Gruber, which announced the points in the ninth edition and as well hosted the german pre-selection for this edition.
The city most suitable for this event is Hannover. The capital of the state Niedersachsen will apply to host the event. There have been several venues which wanted to host the show, but in the end NDR selected the TUI-Arena as the venue for the PQR. The arena does normally have a capacity of up to 14,000 spectators. However, the NDR will put the greenroom in the arena and will remove 5000 seats on the highest tribunes. This makes a capacity of 3,500-4,000 spectators for the pre-qualification round.
On the press conference, the NDR also presented the logo for the PQR:
