Is British Antarctic Territory allowed (I only saw rules about US, Canada and Australia territories, so are British territories allowed?) And yes, my artist is really from there, so no borrowing. If it is declined I'll look for music from countries which have no entries mentioned in the song contest wiki No, because it's not independent: it belongs to the UK. And btw, as I said, I will only refuse very overused songs and singers. I don't mind if it took part 2 or 3 times

They aren't independent as well and can participate. OK, I know it's a bit odd to send a song from a territory with only 250 inhabitants, but what's the difference with other not fully independent places on earth? 2. ^But if Phil allows BAT to take part he must allow every British Overseas territory. Faroes is different. While they are ruled by Denmark they govern themselves. Not sure about French Polynesia.
