I don't know any unknown bosnian singers, sooo... lol it's not based on the country for obvious reasons You just submit any unknown singer (which should have some songs in storage in case he / she gets far ) |

@eurovisiongermany I have a question about Rising Star: Will the unknown artists have to sing their own songs? well... if so everyone would have to send covers and I don't think there are many professional singers with a lot of covers , so I rather deny this question  |

Well... you can't send Katy Perry or artists which are very popular at the moment or have been very popular... if the artist is only popular in the home country I would accept it |
