Plus we can post our votes here? Do I have to vote? Only participants of the semi-final have to vote. Oh and the automatic qualifiers of course  You can post your votes as long as you have sent them on PM (Forum or Youtube)  Edit: Everyone can vote btw  But the participants have to vote, otherwise they'll be disqualified.  |
