Please can you review the borrowing rules. I REALLY don't like the fact that people are using UK oversea territories as a way to send  UK artists. Same with the  Marshall Islands incedent. I just don't like it I would say yes but at the same time it doesn't fair for 1 person to only be allowed to use the hugely vast selection or british /american artists. The overseas territories are a way to make it fair so multiple people have access to those songs. If more people feel the same way then the rules will be considered |

My opinion
Introduce user scoreboard
I don't see any fun in making a scoreboard, neither a boring thing. It's just a thing that is there, and has nothing do apart from wasting time making it. I prefer faster results and no US 
Pp must keep same countries forever
Pp must keep same country after a period of time
Pp must keep same country if they are in Top 5
I think that the only person who must keep the same country is the winner 
No vote means 1 edition ban for user plus country
Yes if it's not justified.
Not allowed to use a country twice in a row

- User Scoreboard
- not the same country twice in a row (only the winner)
No:
- same country forever
- same country for a period of time
- same country if it was in the Top 5 (just the winner should keep the country)
- 1 edition ban for non-voting (to hard in my opinion, a strike and a disqualification is enough)

I dont mind about any but the last one, definite NO from me. I would honestly probably quit the contest if I cant keep my country
