Please can you review the borrowing rules. I REALLY don't like the fact that people are using UK oversea territories as a way to send UK artists. Same with the Marshall Islands incedent. I just don't like it I would say yes but at the same time it doesn't fair for 1 person to only be allowed to use the hugely vast selection or british /american artists. The overseas territories are a way to make it fair so multiple people have access to those songs. If more people feel the same way then the rules will be considered

My opinion
Introduce user scoreboard I don't see any fun in making a scoreboard, neither a boring thing. It's just a thing that is there, and has nothing do apart from wasting time making it. I prefer faster results and no US
Pp must keep same countries forever Pp must keep same country after a period of time
Pp must keep same country if they are in Top 5 I think that the only person who must keep the same country is the winner
No vote means 1 edition ban for user plus country Yes if it's not justified.
Not allowed to use a country twice in a row

Yes: - User Scoreboard - not the same country twice in a row (only the winner)
No: - same country forever - same country for a period of time - same country if it was in the Top 5 (just the winner should keep the country) - 1 edition ban for non-voting (to hard in my opinion, a strike and a disqualification is enough)

I dont mind about any but the last one, definite NO from me. I would honestly probably quit the contest if I cant keep my country
