North Vision Song Contest #11 (Confirm)

Because of the PQR EuphoriaOK withdrawn from the participation at the #11th edition.

Their reason is that they don't think they could bring the country in to the semi finals because most of the countries send strong songs to make it.

The HoD's reply to this was that "I understand their decision, but since we already decided that we won't be holding a selection, we will internally select an artist and song for the first time."

The country decided that they already chose the artist and it is a person who has a reason to feel proud because she brought her country to the final and catched many . It is Katrine Lukins, as it was rumoured that she was originally be chosen for the participant of the Baltic country.
