Of course not.  The people before you on the waiting list have all more rights in taking part as new player then you at the moment.  Look up to see my responses, lol . But if I was not in the waiting list, could I have debuted with any country?  I think that would've been even less realistic towards the waiting users. |

The  Israeli Government planned to shut down IBA in February 2015 . As the reason why IBA will not be financed by the Government , many people which work at IBA were fired . So If the HoD of Israel ,  ¥€$ will not Be financed by IBA to suport the Israeli delegation at NVSC , he must go ! There are also plans to open a new broadcaster NVI TV (NorthVision Israel Television ) to make sure that Israel will continue at NVSC but this thing will happen only with the NBU approval. More details about the Israeli participation in NVSC #11 will come after some weeks ! |

  LTV leaked out few information about their entry selection The entry will be selected again by "Latvijas Dziesma Festival" the format is not yet decided possibly the 2 semi final format will stay but with new flow of events. Many artists already sent in their songs once they found out their country will continue the participation. Already confirmed artists:- Astra the 22
- DJ Ella
- EuphoriaOK
- Liene Greifane
- Katrine Lukins
- Peteris Upelnieks
- Yana Kay
their songs will be represented later |
