 TVR can announce that Romania will indeed participate in  North Vision Song Contest #11!
They have received funding from Orange Romania, Romania's largest GSM network operation. However, TVR is not sure whether Orange Romania would sponsor the national selection so the way the participant will be chosen is unknown.

Just some hours ago, the Tunisian singer, Amani Swissi, tweeted this on her twitter:

 Big music project coming very soon. Really excited! 
Most people are telling that this big music project is for NVSC.
Eitherways, alot of tunisians are taking this tweet as a hint for North Vision Song Contest.
Nothing has been confirmed from Amani, nor from Nessma. |

GERMANY TO PARTICIPATE AT NORTH VISION 11
 Hamburg, Germany - NDR confirms the german participation at the North Vision Song Contest 11. Sponsors to support the "Bundesvision Song Contest" have been found and therefor NDR is ready to confirm the participation. "As soon as the second semi-final results have been revealed, we will start planning the national selection and the schedule for it." |
